


Walk To Run and Improvers Groups
Scarborough Athletic Club are encouraging anyone who wishes to be more active to try our Monday night Walk to Run and Improvers Groups.
Walk to run aims to take you from no activity to a 5K run over a 3 month period. Runners then progress into the improvers groups as their fitness increases. Above all its an active social group run.
Run details will be announced on the members only facebook page. If you want to join a group or ask questions then please email Gill or Jayne below.
Our Registered Run Leaders have years of running experience and a friendly welcome awaits anyone wishing to come along and try the experience.
You will be given support and encouragement to reach your goal.
The Run Leaders will take you through warm up exercises to promote physical preparation.
The walk 2 run sessions are completely FREE so please come and give them a go.
Each session will last for 1 hour.
