Social off-road run 

Where: Newby and Scalby Village Hall - near the Tennis Courts. 

When: 9:00am

What: Aiming to cover 6/7 miles in an hour. Strava 

 

Couch to 5k (Week 4) 

Where: Scarborough Rugby Club 

When: 6:00pm 

Who: Julie 

What: Session 7 of the Couch to 5k programme 

 

Walk to Run 

Where: Scarborough Rugby Club 

When: 6:00pm 

Who: Gill 

What: Slow pace W2R 

 

Simon’s Social run 

Where: Scarborough Rugby Club 

When: 6:00pm

What: approx. 4 miles 13:00 to 14:30 min / mile


Social 5 Mile Run 

Where: Clock Tower

When: 6:30pm

What: Aim to cover approx 5 miles in an hour. 8:30 - 9:30 min/mile pace

Tuesday Night Trails  

Where: Hackness Village Hall

What: One combined group trail run this week lasting around 1 hour (circa 5 miles) 

 

Structured Session
