Dress for the weather. Trail runs need suitable footwear and a headtorch. 

 

Monday 15th September 

 

*With a weather warning for wind on Monday we'll monitor the conditions and update you if there is any change*

 

Couch to 5k  

Where: Scarborough Rugby Club 

When: 6pm 

Who: Jayne 

What: Continuing the couch to 5k programme, running and walking 3 miles 

 

Simon’s Monday run 

Where: Scarborough Rugby Club 

When: 6pm 

Who: Simon 

What: A social run of approx 3.5 miles at 13m/mile pace 

 

Monday Club Night 

Where: South Cliff Bowls Club 

When: Meet 6:20pm for a 6:30pm start 

Who: Dale, Niki, Jean 

What: Jean 4 miles at 11-13 m/mile pace. Niki 5 miles at 9-11m/mile pace. Dale 10k at 8:30 minute miles with minimal stops. 

 

 

Tuesday 16th September 

 

Tuesday night trails 

Where: Station Lane, Cloughton 

When: 6:30pm 

Who: Dave and Dan 

What: Two trail runs lasting approximately 1 hour. Dave’s his usual club run, Dan’s a little further and continuous. 

 

Wednesday 17th September 

 

Jeffing 

Where: Sealife Centre car park 

When: 6:15pm 

Who: Simon 

What: 3 min run/1 min walk repeats over 5k 

 

Thursday 18th September 

   

Track 

Where: Bramcote Athletics Track 

When: 6pm 

Who: Chris W 

What: 200m speed work with a rolling start 

 

Juniors 

Where: Bramcote Athletics Track 

When: 6:30pm 

Who: Rob and Adie 

What: Weekly junior session
