What: Two groups setting off at 13:00 to 14:00 min / mile

- Adie - Walk 2 run – 2.5 miles walking and running
- Caroline- Social Run - 4 miles (10:30 to 12:30 min / mile)
- David - 5 miles (8:30 to 10:00 min / mile)
- Dan - 10km (7:30 to 8:30 min / mile)

Where: Library Car Park, West Ayton
When: 6:30pm

What: Two trail runs lasting around 1 hour, circa 5 and 6 miles, optional drink after at a local pub
