Dress for the weather: Be bright, be seen. Trail runs need suitable footwear and a headtorch. 

 

Monday 16th March 

 

Jayne, Julie, Gill and Simon’s run 

Where: Rugby Club 

When: 6pm 

Who: Jayne, Gill & Simon 

What: Two groups setting off at 13:00 to 14:00 min / mile 

 

Monday club meet 

Where: South Cliff Bowls Club 

When: 6:30pm 

Who and what: 

  • Nicki - Social Walk 
  • Adie - Walk 2 run – 2.5 miles walking and running 
  • Caroline- Social Run - 4 miles (10:30 to 12:30 min / mile) 
  • David - 5 miles (8:30 to 10:00 min / mile) 
  • Dan - 10km (7:30 to 8:30 min / mile)

Tuesday Night Trails  

Where: Library Car Park, West Ayton 

When: 6:30pm 

Who: Dave and Dan 

What: Two trail runs lasting around 1 hour, circa 5 and 6 miles, optional drink after at a local pub 

 

Wednesday 18th March 

 

Jeffing 

Where: The Sands, North Bay 

When: 6:15pm 

Who: Simon 

What: 3 min run / 1 min walk repeats over 5k 

 

Thursday 19th March 

 

Seniors Track 

Where: Bramcote Athletics Track
